Eagle Harbor Art Fair

Background

The CCAA has organized and presented the Eagle Harbor Art Fair for 64 years. The Art Fair is held at St. Peter's by the Sea Church in Eagle Harbor, MI on the second weekend of August. This is a juried art fair and all work is original. Each year there are 60 to 70 vendors selling their work. Media represented are jewelry, ceramics, painting, photography, woodcarving, fabrics, stained glass and more.

The Art Fair Vendors

Planning for the 2026 Eagle Harbor Art Fair is well underway. In 2026 we are again expecting a large number of vendors At this time (April 2026) we have 69 vendors registered for 74 spaces. There will be artists offering jewelry, photography, paintings, fabric art, ceramics and pottery, stained glass and more. Artists come from all over the Midwest and some even further.

In addition, the work of CCAA member-artists can be seen and purchased in the basement of St. Peters by the Sea Church.

2026 Featured Artist Jerome Patryjak says, “I work with what the eye reads in pattern, converging and diverging lines and shapes, with delight in texture and material.”.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, with an education in commercial art at Cass Technical High School, Detroit, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State, and a Master of Fine Arts from Southern Illinois University. I have been a graphic designer in corporate exhibitions working with talented directors, engineers, designers and craftspeople that produced corporate and museum exhibitions. My artwork has shown in galleries and museums including churches, libraries and community. Current work includes illustrations, design and layout of books, and also reliefs and sculpture created in clay. At my Calumet studio I continue work in graphic design with pen and ink drawings, experimental books and paper constructions.

Featured Artist

Each year the CCAA selects CCAA members to showcase their work at the Art Fair. The Featured Artist in 2026 is Jerome Patryjak.

Last Year's 2025 Fair

Despite the windy, rainy day on Saturday, the attendance at the Fair was very good. Many people came to look and purchase the treasure that they were seeking. Sunday was a typical beautiful Copper Country day. The weekend was a large success.

Linda Dodge is Chairperson of the Eagle Harbor Art Fair. Linda has been a member of CCAA since 2004 and has been involved with the Art Fair since 2006. In 2009 she stepped in to the role of Chairperson. Linda and her husband, John, split their time between Eagle River, MI and Naples, FL.
