We have received confirmation of Federally approved Non Profit status thanks to the volunteer efforts of the membership.  We are a 501-c4 organization now.  This means that we can file our tax forms as a non profit, but it is important to note that donations to the organization by individuals or corporations are not deductable on your federal tax form.
